The 3 month package of weekly 2 hour sessions will help you live the most meaningful life possible once all past hurts and experiences have been worked through.

This package is tailored to your individual needs using:

Week 1 Introduction to coaching and how we are going to move forward, you will be filling in a questionaire which we will discuss during this session. Chakra healing treatment with a guided meditation and sound healing.

Week 2 Working with your current stories and then creating new ones and working on your future goals.

Week 3 Art project with guided meditation - Who am I?

Week 4 Chakra healing treatment with a guided meditation and sound healing. Connecting to nature with a mindful nature walk.

Week 5 Guided meditation with journaling. We work on Journaling as a form of healing. I include art journaling, shadow and light work as well as other types of journaling forms that are available to you in the first session. This allows you to decide which form of journaling will suit you the best.

Week 6 Art project with guided meditation - Letting Go.

Week 7 Using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to release blocks and move forward on your journey.

Week 8 Chakra healing treatment with a guided meditation and sound healing. Working on a self-love routine.

Week 9 Guided mindfulness meditation. How can you become more mindful and present in your life.

Week 10 Journaling as a form of connecting to yourself. Creating a gratitude journal. Connecting to nature further.

Week 11 Art project Vision Board

Week 12 Chakra healing treatment with a guided meditation and sound healing. Moving forward on your journey and keeping a mindful practice moving forward.
